Our employees’ health and job satisfaction is important to us.

We continue to improve health in our workplace and have already introduced the following initiatives:

  • Canteen with healthy, varied and nutritious diets – including evenin an nigh shifts
  • Health insurance
  • No-smoking environment
  • Defibrillator and educated first-aiders
  • Registration of sick leave for a fast response – in general we have a low level of sick leave

Job Satisfaction

It is important for us to have an open work environment, where everybody feels comfortable. We have room for everybody in our staff – both ethnic minorities, disabled people, employees with limited working capabilities, or employees who need a bit extra help getting back to labour market.
